Middle East CIPD Programme Update

Our first newsletter of 2009 appears at a time when due to global recession, there is still great uncertainty in almost every market around the world. However, businesses and organizations throughout the Middle East remain focused on the benefits of providing training and development programmes for their HR specialists as part of their nationalization programmes to upskill their employees.

This explains why the team at Oakwood International continue to be as busy as ever as we run courses in a number of locations.

It is said that when the West catches a cold, Dubai sneezes. Under Sheikh Mohammed’s watchful eye and with the determination that Dubai normally displays, businesses are positioning themselves for the recovery. In addition, it remains the avowed intention of all the rulers of the UAE States to upskill their workforces with world renowned accredited training programmes. As a result, our courses continue to attract large numbers of candidates.
